Just started a new wordpress site : )

Post by jeremy8 » Thu 11 Mar, 2010 6:13 pm

Hey guys,

I recently bought a product from clickbank called "niche themes for wordpress" and have started making some wordpress sites... well one so far and was wandering if I could get some feedback from other affiliate marketers and members here?

It came with some instructions on how to get links and stuff so I'm having a go and hoping to make them work so if any of you more experienced guys could maybe have a look & post some feedback then that would be really awesome!

My site is http://wholesalemortgagelending.net

Thanks guys : )

Your website has no real content .. I don't see the point to it apart from to try and get people to click on adverts.

really against google's T&C

There are too many links on the home pages, if you try to minimize them then it would be better for you.....

From what I see at the moment ...
It looks good mate.

I disagree that there's too many links.
And from what I can see now, I cant see anything against adsense terms of service.

The whole point of adsense is to get the user to click your ads! (Ethically and naturally).

You cant flat out say "Click This AD" on your website,
but you've made your adsense look like part of the sites normal links.

That's smart, and probably part of the theme?

What I do recommend is adding a Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and a Disclaimer.

Not many people know this, but google actually prefer you to have these policies
and they can help increase your rankings and adsense payouts.

You can visit my site is you like (in my sig).
Open my privacy policy, terms and disclaimer.

"Save As" each page, xxxx.html
open in notepad or dreamweaver (whatever you use) and
goto 'Edit' -> 'Find & Replace' www. ClickMeLink .com and Replace with 'www. WholesaleMortgageLending .net'

(without the spaces)

Also 'Find & Replace' Australia and change to -> New Zealand.

This will change all the policies from mine, to yours ;)

Oh, and delete or change my logo to yours too.

Then simply upload them to your server,
add some links in your wordpress footer ...

then backlink and ping your site so google will check out your new pages.

Whallaaa ...

More often than not, the Privacy Policy, Terms and Disclaimer will
rank in the serps when you type your URL into the search box

i.e. www. WholesaleMortgageLending .net

all the best!
