I have a list of the ones I know about at http://www.affiliatedirectory.co.nz/Affiliate_Networks/
ClixGalore seem to be the most popular network for NZ based retailers. Commision Junction (CJ) is popular overseas, but seems to have very few NZ programmes.
A lot of retailers have their own in-house run affiliate programmes. Not sure why they want to do the extra work.
